I’m Rose, a salon owner and passionate colorist, here to make every visit feel like a welcoming retreat and a chance for you to shine. Originally from Bosnia, I moved to Germany in 1994 before finding my way to Grand Rapids in 2001. Along the way, I’ve embraced three languages—English, Bosnian, and German—and a world of experience, which I bring into every service at my salon.
Becoming a U.S. citizen in 2011 stands as one of my proudest moments. This country has opened doors for me to follow my heart, blending my passions for hairstyling, nail art, and makeup.
I’m grateful every day for the chance to make a difference in how my clients feel, both inside and out.

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m enjoying time at home with my husband and our cuddly menagerie: three loving pit bulls, two playful Frenchies, and a mischievous tabby cat.
With all the joy (and chaos) they bring, I cherish quiet moments with a self-help or mystery book, or some time with my watercolors and a cup of black coffee.
With over 23 years in the industry, I’ve learned the beauty of patience, growth, and—most importantly—the joy of helping others feel confident.
Each client who visits my chair brings a unique story, and I take pride in creating styles that celebrate who you are.
