Cancellation Policy

A minimum of a 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your reservation to clients on the waiting list, and to utilize our time most efficiently. 

 

For appointments missed or cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice, we will charge your card saved on file 50% off the scheduled services. Appointments that are missed with no call will be charged 100% of the services booked. In both cases, only walk-in appointments will be accepted in the future.

Payments

Payment is accepted in the form of cash and all major credit cards. No checks please. 
We must have a card on file for all appointments, and clients new to Smoking Mirrors Hair Salon & Barbershop
