Cancellation Policy

A minimum of a 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your reservation to clients on the waiting list, and to utilize our time most efficiently. 

 

Please allow 48 hours to cancel your appointment to avoid a re-booking fee $95 cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Please understand that my time is valuable and last minute cancellations are difficult to fill..

 

Appointments that are missed with no call will be charged 100% of the services booked. In both cases, only walk-in appointments will be accepted in the future.

Payments

Payment is accepted in the form of cash and all major credit cards. 
We must have a card on file for all appointments, and clients new to Smoking Mirrors Hair Salon & Barbershop
