Welcome to your new salon home! I am so excited that you have chosen me as your stylist! This new shift is stressful...but allow me to put your mind at ease, and make the transition smoother!
Your experience begins when you request an appointment. Once it's approved, I will send you an email with policies and directions. Most first time color guests should choose TIMELESS to ensure that I have enough time to dedicate to your amazing transformation!
For your first visit, expect to spend a four-hour minimum for any color service. In most cases, your first appointment will be corrective and may take several visits to reach your desired goal. I aim to provide quality service for each guest and to always maintain the integrity of the hair. Rome wasn't built in a day, so trust the process!

Upon Arrival
You will be greeted with a warm welcome, then I will offer you a beverage, and have some paperwork for you to fill out. We will start your visit with a consultation where we’ll discuss not just your goals for today but your goals long term. I will price out your service before beginning so there will be no surprises!!
While your color is processing, you will be offered a protein shake and and a hot beverage of your choice or trail mix and a protein bar.
Enjoy spa music and soft lighting, as well as a relaxing shampoo, and paraffin dip. Be prepared to be spoiled, and leave feeling pampered and refreshed! I look forward to meeting you and making your hair dreams a reality!!

We're located at 3514 Plainfield, Suite C, Grand Rapids Michigan 49525. (Same building as Real Food Cafe, facing Plainfield)
You can park right in the front of the salon.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please notify me so we can either modify or reschedule your appointment. Please allow 48 hours to cancel your appointment to avoid a re-booking fee $95 cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Please understand that my time is valuable and last minute cancellations are difficult to fill.
